* WOD
- 3 Rounds for Time
> Walking Lunge, 50 feet
> Squats, 20 reps
> Back Extension, 10 reps (sub: Superman +3 seconds)
* Cool-down, Roller/Yoga/Stretch + 1 Liter Water
