> Pull-ups, 3 reps (sub - 1/2 BW pull-down, 6 reps)
> Sprint, 50 meters
> Dumbbell Shoulder Presses, 3 Reps, 20/15#
> Handstand Hold, 20 seconds
* Cool-down, Roller/Yoga/Stretch + 1 Liter Water
