Breakfast - Fast (not hungry)Lunch - Banana; 3 oz sausage with 1/4 cup ea of sweet potato, carrot, and pineapple; 3 oz of ground beef with 1/3 cup ea of green pepper and onion; Apple
Dinner - 3 cups Romaine, 1 carrot, 1/4 onion, 1/2 cup grapes, 1/2 cup mushrooms, 2 oz pepperoni, 3 oz chicken thigh, 1 tbsp walnut oil, 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
