Meal 1 - 6 oz cheeseburger, corn chips, 3 oz mixed nuts
Meal 2 - 3 oz ham, banana, 4 oz chicken, 3 cups mixed greens w/creamy dressing, ice cream sandwich :-(
Meal 3 - 8 oz lamb burger over spring mix, olives, feta
